Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your contract within the fifteen-day window, we will initiate the processing of your refund within ten days of receiving your refund request. We will happily return your amount using the same payment method you originally used to complete the payment.


Once the cancellation process is initiated, Shoptez reserves the sole right to delete domains, webpage, Online stores, and/or all contents associated with the service contract (unless they have already been shifted to another service provider) as well as any email account(s) and other information related to those domains.
